The worsening situation in Gaza continues to escalate. The death toll has risen above 10,000, over two-thirds of which are women and children. A further 25,000 people are injured and more than 2000 are missing, over half of whom are children.
Shelter in Gaza also continues to rapidly disappear. A number of refugee camps, like Jabalia refugee camp in north Gaza, are targeted by airstrikes, killing dozens of people and wounding many others. Several hospitals, hosting thousands of Gazans – wounded, displaced and in desperate need – have also been struck by bombs and have no power.
The Palestinian people are living in a state of perpetual crisis, with unrelenting bombings leaving them in a constant state of fear and insecurity. The lack of basic necessities – food, water, and electricity – has pushed them to the brink of despair.
As if this weren’t enough, their supply of fuel, a lifeline for survival, is running critically low. Their suffering is unimaginable, and they urgently need our support. Every moment counts. Please, let’s join hands and make a difference in their lives
